Welcome to Yutthan. By accessing or using our website, platform, or services, you agree to follow and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.
Please read this document carefully before using Yutthan.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between You (the “Client” or “User”) and Yutthan (“the Platform”, “We”, “Us”).

1. Introduction

Yutthan is an online marketplace that connects clients with certified Zoho developers for services such as CRM setup, Zoho Creator app development, Zoho Books and Finance setup, API integrations, automation workflows, and related IT services.

By using our platform, you acknowledge that Yutthan acts as a facilitator, connecting clients with independent developers and service providers.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website, creating an account, hiring a developer, or making a payment, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old

  • You have legal authority to engage in a service agreement

  • You understand and accept all terms on this page

  • You agree to abide by all platform policies (Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, etc.)

If you do not agree, you must discontinue using the platform immediately.

3. Nature of Services

Yutthan provides:

  • A talent marketplace for hiring Zoho developers

  • Project posting and hiring tools

  • Developer verification processes

  • A communication and collaboration interface

  • Milestone-based payment management

  • Customer support and dispute resolution

Yutthan does not employ developers.
Each developer operates as an independent professional or agency.

4. User Accounts

To use Yutthan, users must:

  • Provide accurate and complete information

  • Maintain confidentiality of their login credentials

  • Take responsibility for Activities performed via their account

Yutthan may suspend or terminate accounts that violate our terms.

5. Hiring & Payments

5.1 Hiring Process

Clients may browse, shortlist, and hire Zoho developers listed on Yutthan.

5.2 Payments

All payments must be made only through Zoho Payments or other approved payment methods provided on our website.

5.3 Milestones

Projects may be divided into milestones. Clients must release payments once a milestone is completed and approved.

5.4 Platform Fees

Yutthan may charge platform or service fees, which are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

6. Developer Responsibilities

Developers on Yutthan must:

  • Deliver work as per agreed project scope

  • Maintain professionalism and timely communication

  • Ensure accuracy and quality of work

  • Protect client data and confidentiality

  • Not engage in fraudulent or unethical activities

Violation may lead to suspension or permanent removal.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

  • Provide clear requirements and necessary access

  • Review work within reasonable time

  • Make payments on time

  • Not misuse the developer’s time or resources

  • Not request illegal or unethical tasks

8. Disclaimers

Yutthan is not responsible for:

  • Any direct communication outside the platform

  • Work delivered outside agreed scope

  • Loss of data or access caused by client error

  • Delays caused by third-party systems (Zoho, APIs, servers, etc.)

  • Business losses resulting from decisions made using the developer’s work

Yutthan acts only as a bridge between clients and developers.

9. Dispute Resolution

If a project dispute arises:

  1. Both parties must submit evidence

  2. Yutthan will review communication, scope, deliverables, and timelines

  3. Yutthan will provide a fair decision regarding payments or refunds

Yutthan’s decision will be final to ensure a balanced resolution.

10. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed:

  • Completed work becomes the client’s property after full payment

  • Developers retain rights to tools or reusable code components they originally owned

  • Clients must not copy or resell developer intellectual property without permission

11. Confidentiality

Both parties must keep sensitive information confidential, including:

  • Business data

  • Credentials

  • Customer information

  • Project documentation

Data misuse or leakage will result in strict action.

12. Prohibited Activities

Users are not allowed to:

  • Bypass Yutthan and make direct payments outside the platform

  • Post fraudulent jobs or fake profiles

  • Engage in harassment, threats, or abusive behavior

  • Submit false information

  • Attempt to hack, damage, or misuse the platform

Violation may result in legal action.

13. Cancellation & Refunds

All cancellations and refunds are governed by our official Refund & Cancellation Policy, which must be read alongside these Terms.

14. Limitation of Liability

Yutthan is not liable for:

  • Developer misconduct

  • Financial loss

  • Loss of business opportunities

  • Errors in code or configurations

  • Delays caused by platforms like Zoho, APIs, or hosting providers

Our maximum liability is limited to the platform fee paid to Yutthan.

15. Updates to Terms

Yutthan reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any legal disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of Indian courts, unless specified otherwise.
