1. Nature of Service

Yutthan is a marketplace, not an employer.
Developers work independently, and Yutthan acts only as a connector and facilitator.

2. User Responsibilities

By using our platform, you agree to:
✔ Provide accurate information
✔ Communicate professionally
✔ Make payments only through Yutthan
✔ Protect login and confidential data
✔ Follow all platform policies

3. Developer Responsibilities

Developers must:
✔ Deliver work as per agreed scope
✔ Maintain quality and timelines
✔ Keep client data confidential
✔ Avoid contacting clients outside Yutthan

4. Payments & Milestones

• All payments must go through Yutthan
• Milestones must be paid once approved
• Platform/service fees are non-refundable

5. Prohibited Activities

Strictly not allowed:
✘ Direct payments outside the platform
✘ Fake jobs or profiles
✘ Abuse or harassment
✘ Illegal or unethical tasks
✘ Data misuse

Violation may lead to permanent account suspension.

6. Disputes

In case of disagreements, Yutthan will review all communication and work delivered.
Our dispute team’s decision will be final and binding.

7. Intellectual Property

• Completed work belongs to the client after full payment
• Developers retain rights to any tools or reusable code they own
• Clients cannot resell developer IP without permission

8. Limitation of Liability

Yutthan is not responsible for:
• Developer errors or delays (But Yutthan will help you match with another zoho developer)
• Loss of business data or revenue ( But we have strict rules to protect business data of clients and very strict actions will be taken in any such case )
• Delays caused by Zoho, third-party tools, or APIs

Our maximum liability is limited to Yutthan’s platform fee.

9. Updates

We may update these terms anytime.
Continued use of the platform means you accept the updated terms.
