Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Yutthan, we are committed to providing a transparent and fair experience for all our clients and developers. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines how cancellations, refunds, and project-related disputes are handled on our platform.


1. Service Nature

Yutthan connects clients with certified Zoho developers for consulting, implementation, automation, and customization services.
All payments made through Yutthan are for:

  • Developer fees

  • Service packages

  • Consultation calls

  • Project milestones

  • Platform service charges

Because these services involve human time, effort, and expertise, our refund rules follow professional service standards.


2. Cancellation Policy

2.1 Project/Service Cancellation (Before Work Begins)

Clients may cancel a service before the developer starts working.
In such cases:

  • 100% refund of the project amount minus payment gateway charges.


2.2 Cancellation After Work Has Started

If the developer has already started working:

  • Refund will be calculated based on the amount of work completed.

  • A minimum 20% platform fee may be deducted to compensate for time blocked and initial efforts.


2.3 Same-Day Cancellations

If you cancel on the same day of purchase before work begins, you are eligible for a full refund (excluding payment gateway fees).


3. Refund Policy

3.1 Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund if:

  • The developer did not deliver agreed tasks

  • There is a clear breach of commitment

  • The developer is unresponsive for 72+ hours

  • The delivered work is entirely different from the agreed scope

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Change of mind

  • Delays caused by the client

  • Incorrect or incomplete requirements given by the client

  • Work already completed as per agreed scope


3.2 Non-Refundable Services

The following payments are non-refundable:

  • Completed milestones

  • Consultation fees

  • Urgent or priority service fees

  • Platform subscription fees (if applicable)

  • Payment gateway charges


3.3 Partial Refunds

If only part of the work is completed, Yutthan may issue a proportionate refund after evaluating the progress, time spent, and deliverables.


4. Dispute Resolution

If there is a disagreement between the client and the developer, Yutthan will:

  1. Review the project scope

  2. Evaluate communication history

  3. Examine completed work

  4. Provide a fair and transparent decision

Yutthan’s decision will be final to ensure fairness on both sides.


5. Processing Time for Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment gateway.


6. Cancellation by Yutthan

Yutthan may cancel an order if:

  • Fraudulent activity is detected

  • The developer becomes unavailable

  • The service violates our Terms & Conditions

In such cases:

  • A full refund will be issued if work has not started

  • Partial refunds will be evaluated fairly if work is in progress
