Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Yutthan, we aim to provide a transparent and fair experience for both clients and developers. This policy explains how cancellations, refunds, and disputes are handled on our platform.


1. Before Work Starts


Clients may cancel before the developer begins work for a

Full refund (minus payment gateway charges).


2. After Work Has Started

  • Refunds depend on the percentage of work completed.

  • A minimum 20% platform fee may apply to cover time and effort already invested.


3. Same-Day Cancellation

  • If cancelled on the same day before work begins, a full refund is available (excluding payment gateway fees).


4. When Refunds Are Eligible


Refunds may be issued if:

  • Developer fails to deliver agreed work

  • Developer is unresponsive for 96+ hours

  • Work delivered is completely outside the agreed scope


5. Non-Refundable Items


Refunds are not provided for:

  • Completed work/milestones

  • Consultation calls

  • Priority/urgent fees

  • Subscription or platform fees

  • Payment gateway charges

  • Change of mind or client delays


6. Partial Refunds

If partial work is completed, Yutthan may issue a proportionate refund after reviewing progress and effort spent.


7. Dispute Resolution

Yutthan will:

  • Review the scope

  • Check communication

  • Verify completed work

Yutthan’s decision will be final and fair to both parties.


8. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days (bank timelines may vary).


9. Cancellation by Yutthan


Orders may be cancelled for reasons like fraud, non-compliance, or developer unavailability.
Refunds will be issued based on work progress.
